Whitney joined SOLUTIONS pdm in 2017 with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Whitney began her career with a large commercial general contractor where she progressed through positions in purchasing, engineering, project management, and account management. After 11 years, Whitney joined a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation only where she provided project management services advocating on behalf of her clients’ best interests. Her prior experience brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.
In her current role, Whitney offers fully integrated professional services to her clients though managing the planning, design, construction, and move process. Whitney services clients in the Raleigh Durham market as well as working nationally for repeat clients in locations including New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; and Charlottesville, VA. Whitney focuses on relationship building and leverages those relationships in order to drive success on behalf of her growing client list. Thanks to Whitney’s years in the construction industry she has the keen ability to strictly adhere to project budgets and project schedules as well as be nimble and agile enough to navigate roadblocks that may potentially endanger the project budget and completion date.
Whitney is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina. She is a member of NAIOP Raleigh-Durham where she serves on the Board of Directors as President. Whitney previously served on the Board of Directors for Triangle CREW from 2019-2020.
