Ariel Kocourek

Ariel joined Solutions PDM in 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial architecture and project management to the team. As a Senior Designer and Project Manager, Ariel has led hundreds of projects from initial consideration through successful completion and has a proven track record of working across disciplines to achieve her client's project goals, budgets and schedules. She has worked on a wide range of construction typologies, including multi-family, high-rise, corporate, hospitality, education and most substantially, healthcare.

Ariel started her career at Phillips Architecture, specializing in tenant upfits and build-outs of  commercial office space. After joining Little Diversified Architectural Consulting in 2008, she managed several key client accounts and led projects that ranged from hospitality to multi-family and eventually became specialized in healthcare design, founding the Durham Healthcare Studio. Within the field of healthcare, Ariel has experience in clinical and acute care environments and has a special passion for and depth of knowledge of cancer care facilities. She has managed complex, retro-fit acute care projects, stand-alone ASC and urgent care prototyping, MOB upfits and nationwide, clinical roll-out projects for her clients.
